Both of the major library catalog systems that serve the Greater Kansas City area are available online. The
OTTO system serves the Kansas City, Kansas Public Library and the KACEY system serves the Kansas City,
Missouri and the Johnson County Public Libraries. To use these systems via the Internet you will
need to have a telnet application installed and configured as a helper application to your web browser. If you
